Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“Studio”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Snapshot Cinemotion.
“Client”, “you”, and “your” mean any individual, business, or organization engaging our services.
“Deliverables” includes all images, videos, and related materials produced in connection with your booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the designated non-refundable booking fee (usually 50% of total cost).
  • Final payment is due prior to delivery of images/video. No deliverables will be released until all payments are cleared.
  • Late payments incur a fee and may delay delivery. Additional purchases post-event, such as extra editing or albums, must be paid before work commences.

3. Scope of Service & Artistic Style

  • All services and deliverables are detailed in your official quotation or contract. Special requests must be made in writing prior to the event.
  • Clients hiring Snapshot Cinemotion agree to our creative style and portfolio. Editing includes standard retouching; advanced Photoshop or special effects is available for an extra charge.
  • RAW footage or unedited images may be provided for an additional fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details for event scheduling, venue access, and permissions for photography/videography where required.
  • Supply a brief or shot list before the shoot if specific coverage is required.
  • Ensure cooperation with studio staff for smooth service delivery. Failure may affect final results, for which our studio is not liable.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All photographs, videos, and media created by our studio remain our intellectual property under copyright law, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are granted limited usage rights for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial usage, resale, or publication requires explicit written permission from Snapshot Cinemotion and may incur extra fees.
  • We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, awards, or promotional material unless expressly forbidden by contract.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

  • The standard delivery time for media is 2-6 weeks, depending on project size and complexity.
  • Expedited delivery is available at additional cost and must be pre-booked.
  • All deliverables will be in digital format unless otherwise agreed. Physical prints/albums require extra production time and costs.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event are eligible for up to 50% refund. Within 30 days, the booking fee is non-refundable unless rebooking is possible.
  • If the client cancels after work has started or on the event date, full payment is due and no refund will be issued.
  • If Snapshot Cinemotion is unable to perform due to illness, equipment failure, or force majeure, we will attempt to provide a substitute or refund paid amounts as appropriate.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure a successful outcome, our liability for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for delays, cancellation, or damage arising from unforeseen events outside our control.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Client information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. Data is not shared, sold, or disclosed except as required for service delivery or by law.
  • Media is only shared publicly with client consent and may be removed upon written request.

10. Amendments & Dispute Resolution

  • Snapshot Cinemotion reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective once published on our website with the latest revision date.
  • In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution by negotiation before pursuing other legal remedies.
